Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• To enter the competition, participants must be a South African citizen aged 18 years or older.
• The competition is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of FPG Foods, KFC South Africa, or any subsidiary companies and marketing service providers involved in the competition.
• The Promoter is FPG FOODS (Pty) Ltd.

2. Entry Requirements:

• To be eligible, each participant must spend a minimum of R150.00 in a single purchase at one of the participating stores listed by FPG Foods during the competition period.
• Participants must retain their original till slip as proof of purchase to be eligible for entry.

3. Competition Period:

• The competition is valid for purchases from 01 June to 31 August 2025.
• Entries received after midnight on 31st August 2025 will not be considered.

4. Selection of Winners:

• Winners will be selected through a random draw in the presence of independent auditors.
• Winners will be contacted telephonically by 20 September 2025.
• The winning contestant will be announced on FPG Foods’ Facebook and Instagram pages aligned with POPIA.

5. Prizes:

• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and are non-transferable.
• By participating in the competition, entrants authorize FPG Foods, KFC South Africa, and their subsidiary companies or marketing service providers to share the winner’s details and store of purchase on their social media platforms.
• If a prize displayed on promotional material is unavailable, a prize of a similar nature and value will be provided. If applicable, installation is not included and remains the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Previous Winners:

• All guarantees and warranties will be the responsibility of the prize recipient unless it is inherent with the prize.
• Individuals who have won any competition organized, promoted, or conducted by FPG Foods, KFC South Africa, or their subsidiary companies within 180 days preceding the competition start date are not eligible to participate.

7. General Conditions:

• FPG Foods, KFC South Africa and their subsidiary companies reserve the right to:
• Disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions.
• Cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if necessary.
• The promoter reserves the right to discontinue the promotion immediately and without prior notice due to circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, participants agree to waive any claims related to the promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the promoter, its agents, or staff.

8. Governing Law:

• The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the South African laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

By participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
